Blog 4 - Summary article 3

Leading the world in fighting the climate change would need someone with exceptional skills. These skills can vary from personal skills, political and social skills. A person that is dedicated and knowledgeable on the topic of interest is needed to bring the whole world to an agreement in fighting climate change. Negotiation, flexibility and commanding skill is also required to tackle other parties that have a different views or having doubts with the proposed ideas. With this skills, the person in-charge able to consult different parties about their concerns and he able to make a wise decision on fighting climate change. A sense of humour is also needed to make the meeting more interactive rather than a one way communication. Being trustworthy and committed, shows to the different parties that this person able to take responsibility in his work and he able to finish his job effectively. Without these skills, the meeting to fight the global climate change will always be a failure.
